Graham provides a caring
practice that allows
people to explore their concerns in an accepting and
supportive environment. Counselling with Graham offers the
opportunity to develop more effective ways of managing
overwhelming feelings.
Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the primary approach
used in counselling. CBT examines people's unhelpful
thinking to assist with shifting difficult emotions
and behaviours. Techniques from Acceptance &
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed and Narrative
approaches may also be used.
Graham's formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Science,
